This project demonstrates how to design a clear, empathetic, and scalable client onboarding system for SaaS companies.
The main goal is to activate the client quickly, making them feel supported from day one and avoiding confusion or churn.
This system is built with a human-centered mindset, using simple tools like Notion, Gmail, and Tally.
It’s logic is modular and ready for automation if needed.
Beyond technical execution, this project showcases my personal style:
empathetic communication, operational clarity, and client-first thinking.
It also reflects my soft skills, empathy, active listening, and proactive relationship management, which are essential in any remote Account Manager role.
This onboarding system is activated once a deal is marked as “Closed Won” in HubSpot.
This CRM status acts as a single source of truth, ensuring that no onboarding begins prematurely or is forgotten. From this moment, all client-facing and internal workflows are triggered in sequence.
