This automation collects onboarding data from new yoga clients using Google Forms, sends conditional emails via Gmail, and logs everything into Google Sheets.

The form collects basic onboarding info from new clients:

• Client Name – Short answer
• Email – Short answer
• Calendar Activated? – Multiple choice: Yes / No
• Onboarding Date – Date picker ⬇️
